Capitaland Signs Mou Microsoft Ai Adoption
April sales volume at Stirling Residences and Kent Ridge Hill Residences up 40% year-on-year
In a major move towards digital transformation, CapitaLand Group has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with global technology giant Microsoft. The partnership aims to harness AI and advanced technologies to drive business growth and efficiency.
Under the MoU, CapitaLand will become a member of Microsoft Singapore’s AI Pinnacle Program, gaining access to Microsoft’s cutting-edge platforms, services, and solutions. This will enable CapitaLand to enhance customer engagement and streamline operations across its diverse portfolio of businesses, including funds management, investments, retail, lodging, and development.
The partnership will explore potential areas of collaboration in infrastructure development, with a focus on harnessing Microsoft’s Azure cloud computing platform to enhance CapitaLand Investment Group’s data center design and products. Additionally, the two companies will explore integration of AI, data analytics, and machine learning to bolster CapitaLand’s digital and business transformation efforts.

The partnership aims to help businesses adopt AI, data analytics, and cybersecurity solutions to boost productivity and competitiveness. It will also focus on developing AI-focused skills and competencies among retail tenants.
