Singaporean businessman and boutique property developer Que Neo, founder of Euro Properties, has a passion for developing high-end residential projects in the areas where he himself would like to live. Neo emphasizes that K Suites is the most affordable new freehold project in District 15, making it a great investment opportunity. As the development nears its TOP and the market sentiment remains positive, developer Euro Properties is releasing the remaining units for sale. Three-bedroom apartments are now priced from $2.058 million ($2,582 psf), while four-bedroom units start from $2.525 million ($2,347 psf). The sole available five-bedroom penthouse is priced at $3.5 million ($2,154 psf).
The rising demand for boutique developments in District 15 can be seen by the appreciation in prices of selected boutique condos in the area. For instance, Malvern Springs, which was launched in January 2002, has seen a 234.2% increase in prices since then. Over the past five years, monthly median rents in boutique condos in Telok Kurau and Joo Chiat, such as the 127-unit Coralis, have also risen by 76.5%.
District 15 has always been a popular choice for expatriate tenants due to its lifestyle offerings, including proximity to the East Coast Park, the beach, and a variety of F&B establishments and shopping malls.
