Notably, semi-detached houses saw the biggest increase in transactions, with a 15.7% jump from the previous quarter. However, terraced homes recorded a decline of 18.4%.District 19 was the most popular choice among buyers, with 77 transactions, followed by District 28, District 15, and District 16.Huttons expects the landed homes market to be influenced by the global tariffs conflict, with some buyers possibly delaying their purchases. However, ultra-high net worth foreigners may opt to become Singapore citizens due to the country’s reputation as a safe haven. Overall, prices and volume of landed homes are expected to remain steady throughout the year.
